Hit Submit is a short-term, high-impact program option offered only in December & January to support you across the finish line as the submission deadline approaches.
This program is designed for families who do not need a long-term advising relationship but do need rapid, expert help with the elements of the UCAS process that are unfamiliar in U.S. schools. This option focuses on 2026 entry and works best for students who’ve started their application, but need clarifications, coordination, or confidence to hit submit.

Hit Submit is charged as a flat fee of $350.
What does this include?
60-minute Kick-Off Meeting for targeted questions, strategy, and next steps planning
Outreach to your academic reference, including an offer of a 30‑minute call or email exchange
Optional asynchronous review of your Personal Statement
A follow‑up meeting (30–60 minutes) to confirm all materials, including personal statement, trouble-shoot or answer remaining questions, and finalize your application so you can hit submit!
How to prepare for the Kick-Off Meeting:
Create a UCAS account and fill out as many sections of your application as possible, to the best of your ability.
Make a list of questions or situations that I can help you with
Identify an educator to serve as your reference. Confirm their willingness and preferred contact information.
We’ll schedule a follow up session during or after your first call to match your progress, preference, and needs.
Please note:
Hit Submit follow-up sessions are scheduled on a first-come first-serve basis.
Existing, registered* clients receive scheduling priority.
*There’s no official registration option as part of the Hit Submit program. If you’d like to continue working together after submission, you can register for additional sessions and receive personalized support with a custom program. Hit Submit participants will receive a $50 registration discount.
